Q-1 VISA - Cultural Exchange
The Q-1 visa is a temporary (non-immigrant) type of visa which is intended for:
- An allien that is coming temporarily to participate in an international cultural exchange program;
- Foreign nationals entering the U.S. through an international cultural exchange program to share and promote history, culture and traditions of their home country;
- Foreign nationals entering the U.S. trough an exchange program to undertake employment on practical training that is directly related to sharing culture and history of their home country.
