K VISAS
K-1 Visa – Fiancé or Fiancée – This visa is intended for a fiancé or fiancée of US citizens in order to enter the U.S. and marry the U.S. citizen within 90 days, and for U.S. citizens to bring their fiancé or fiancée to the U.S.
K-2 – Children of K-1 – This type of visa is intended for unmarried children under age of 21, of K-1 fiancé visa applicants
K-3 – Spouses of U.S. Citizens – Type of visa that is meant for spouses of U.S. citizens who are waiting abroad for an immigrant visa
K-4 – Children of K-3 – This type of visa is intended for unmarried children under age of 21, of K-3 visa applicants
